Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Auraglass Window Care's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers and users of our window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and screen cleaning services.
Auraglass Window Care provides professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and screen cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Ancaster, Ontario and surrounding areas. The specific service(s) will be agreed upon during scheduling. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
All services may be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone call. We ask that cancellation or rescheduling inquiries be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows which will be communicated to you at the time of the booking.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Invoices not paid within 15 says may be subject to late fees.
Customer agrees to provide Auraglass Window Care reasonable access to the areas that will be serviced on the service date as agreed upon. If access is not available at arrival time with no advance notice, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
We take pride in our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make every reasonable effort to address any issues.
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Auraglass Window Care is not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by faulty or aging infrastructure, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Auraglass Window Care maintains relevant general liability coverage for all operations.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages
from Auraglass Window Care related to your appointments, service
updates and occasional promotions. Message and data rates may apply.
